Operations Manager / Customer Service

The Company:

Fuel Motorcycles is a fast-growing riding gear and apparel design studio based in Barcelona and inspired in the custom garage scene and vintage riding.

Two years ago we decided to grow as a brand and start a new adventure creating a garment line with incredible style and a maximum functionality. As real riders, we know the necessities of a biker and we never forget that nowadays the look is very important.

The Job:

In this role, you will be responsible to answer client questions, doubts and complaints via email or chat.

  • Provide professional and friendly client support via email
  • Prepare and deliver online orders that exceed customer expectations
  • Respond to inquiries and handling different problems
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up of customer information
  • Record all information in the internal system

Additionally, you will be responsible for the fulfillment operations ensuring an optimized delivery and return of packages worldwide.


The Profile:

  • Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year in a similar position)
  • Must: Bilingual/Native English speaker
  • EU work permit
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to build a connection with clients
  • Flexible, open-minded and high level of energy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills are required
