Operations Manager / Customer Service
Fuel Motorcycles is a fast-growing riding gear and apparel design studio based in Barcelona and inspired in the custom garage scene and vintage riding.
Two years ago we decided to grow as a brand and start a new adventure creating a garment line with incredible style and a maximum functionality. As real riders, we know the necessities of a biker and we never forget that nowadays the look is very important.

In this role, you will be responsible to answer client questions, doubts and complaints via email or chat.
- Provide professional and friendly client support via email
- Prepare and deliver online orders that exceed customer expectations
- Respond to inquiries and handling different problems
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow-up of customer information
- Record all information in the internal system
Additionally, you will be responsible for the fulfillment operations ensuring an optimized delivery and return of packages worldwide.
- Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year in a similar position)
- Must: Bilingual/Native English speaker
- EU work permit
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to build a connection with clients
- Flexible, open-minded and high level of energy
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Option for full time or part time with flexible hours
